Arachnea Phoenix Productions is an Eve Online corporation who provides goods and services for competitive prices. We are a growing manufacturing empire, and our intention is to provide our customers with the best possible variety of manufactured goods in New Eden!
Wait, what is New Eden?
New Eden is the universe we know and call our beloved digital world in Eve Online. The game is very intuitive, creative, detailed and extensive. Nothing can be taken for granted, and everything you do costs three things; Time, Isk, and Effort.
Who are we?
Arachnea Phoenix Productions was created by Grumorg, a former member of Arachnea Phoenix Batallion. We are part of the Hoodlums Alliance currently, but we try to maintain as neutral a position as possible to provide the best commerce you can find in Empire Space.
What services do you offer?
We offer manufacturing services and all high sec courier services. Our team members are dedicated to providing the fastest service we can for you and it is because of this that we offer hauling for your purchased goods.
What are APPs long term goals?
We intend to create a stable, friendly, and competitive economy on Eve Online in the universe. With market prices changing every day, we want to keep our team members involved in the ever changing commerce to a very profession level, while offering the best prices we can to our customers.
How To Place A Manufacturing Order:
So you've decided you want to give our little manufacturing corporation a try, well let me start off by saying thank you. The first step is to get in touch with our customer service representative. Our in game service representative is Hrothgar7, you can either private message him or send and EVE mail. Every effort will be made to respond to mails as quickly as possible, even if it is just to let you know that your order matters to us. The other way to place an order is to go to the forum page and leave a reply to the "How To Place An Order Thread".
Second we ask that you please have a list of everything you would like to order or at least an idea of what it is you are looking for. It is possible that we have gotten Blue Prints and haven't gotten them listed on the website yet. If we do not have the Blue Print for the times that you are looking for there is a possibility that we may be able to purchase it. So please even if you do not see exactly what it is you are looking for, contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Next, after contact has been made between our customer service representative and the buyer, the product will be added to our list of things to be produced. If the items that you have requested are already in our inventory the wait for you will be significantly shorter than if we have to manufacture the items. As it is we try to maintain a large stock of some of our more fast moving items, as well as a smaller stock of some of our slower moving items. If the item that s being requested is something that has a rather large cost to produce we may ask for a down payment.

How long does it take to receive my products?
We aim to provide your goods within 48 hours. However due to the nature of manufacturing, the larger the quantities manufactured per run, the long they take to manufacture. Keep this in mind when order ammo, drones, frequency crystals, or small modules like salvagers or tractor beams.
I've placed an order, but I’ve waited for two days now for my contract, whats taking so long?
If there has been no response to your order placed within 48 hours, you should mail our CEO or Director in game. They will work diligently to provide your goods, or work out another solution. There could be any number of reasons for this delay so be patient. You have spent no isk yet by placing an online order, so it does no good to stress out. Be patient, we will get in touch with you and issue the contract in game as soon as the products are available.
